Cono Sur Vineyards & Winery was founded in 1993, with the vision of producing premium, expressive and innovative wines conveying the spirit of the New World. This wine hails from Loma Roja, a block of vines grown on red clayish soils in the Casablanca Valley, where a strong Pacific Ocean influence fosters this refreshing, crisp, pale yellow-green wine. This wine is very fresh and floral in style, with white peach, lemon verbena, grapefruit, litchi and honeysuckle notes backed by a superlively finish. Very tasty indeed!

This Sauvignon Blanc is a great aperitif wine or an excellent option to accompany light first courses, ideally green salads or seafood. It’s a great wine to serve with foie gras, and it complements white meats, light sauces, vegetarian dishes, and fresh pastas with Mediterranean sauces. Cheese-wise, it prefers ripe Cheddar, Gruyere, goat, and soft cheeses in general.
