We are delighted to welcome our good friend Craig Baker and we’re excited to continue the exploration of his great portfolio. Each one of Craig’s selections has been personally sourced by Craig from small family estates in Burgundy and the Rhône. Craig has been working with limited-production, family-run wineries since 1991 and has been mentored by some of the top U.S. importers over the last quarter century. Drawing upon this wealth of experience, Craig was able to select an exceptional range of artisanal wines. Each and every wine displays full physiological ripeness, density, exceptional balance, and a true representation of its appellation.

Our dinner series continues with a “Local-Global” tour of the Rhone led by our good friend Craig Baker.  The five wines are terrific examples of the great care Craig takes with selecting wines for his portfolio and also showcase the terrific value they represent. Once again, Chef Joe Scully and Chef Josh Weeks from the Corner Kitchen Catering  have designed an outstanding menu that will make us feel like we’ve been transported to a restaurant in the South of France!  Their “Local-Global” menu features local ingredients with a Mediterranean flair.
