Made from Sauvignon Blanc, Clairette, and Grenache Blanc, this has a fresh zingy Sauvignon feel with lovely texture and a crunchy apple character. A great wine to have as a pre-dinner drink to whet the appetite, this very dry, crisp white wine is loaded with delicious fruit underpinned by a lovely minerality. Try it with seafood, spicy Asian dishes or green salads with goat cheeses.

It's packed with luscious tropical, citrus, and white stone fruit, accented with a touch of honey. An ideal party wine, this pairs well with most everything, from salads and light pasta dishes to mild cheeses, sushi, and seafood.

2008 Guilhem Moulin de Gassac Rouge; VDP de l'Herault, France Their red wine, made from Syrah, Grenache, Carignan and Cinsault features deep, spicy red fruit flavors with Provencal herb highlights and a bright, spicy cherry fruit-filled finish. It is a super-value if ever there was one! Very versatile with food, this can be matched with grilled fowl or fish and is equally at home with red meats or hors d'oeuvres.

2007 Excelsior "Hands" Cabernet Sauvignon; Robertson, South Africa  Excelsior's "Hands" 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon is an extraordinary value. This dark ruby-colored beauty exudes black currant and sweet grape aromas that burst from the glass. This is a medium-bodied, boisterously flavored wine loaded with intense blackberries, black cherries, and cassis. Well-balanced, its ripe fruit comes across as bright and fresh.
