The 2012 Petit Manseng offers a big aromatic nose of pears and yellow fruits as well as tropical fruits. The medium to full-bodied palate offers lots of fleshy fruit that is a joy to drink all the way through the fruit-filled yet very lively finish.
The 2012 Barrel Chardonnay offers classic pear, apple and other orchard fruit aromas and flavors as well as a nice touch of oak spice.
The 2012 Rosa Dia is a classic rosé crafted from Grenache (99%) and Mourvedre exhibiting an attractive coral-pink color, a nose of fresh red fruits and a light to medium-bodied palate of generally dry, lively red fruit flavors that end with a hint of sweetness. A very beguiling wine!
The 2012 Tempranillo shows how well this grape may be suited to the NC climate. Medium-bodied with classic black fruit aromas and flavors (plums, dark cherries) as well as subtle floral and licorice nuances all wrapped in a velvety texture.
