The 2013 Ponga Sauvignon Blanc, from Marlborough New Zealand, is a crisp, fragrant wine filled with grapefruit, white peach, and lime aromas and offers a well-balanced, clean, fruit-filled, long finish! The 2013 Royal Old Vine Steen (100% Chenin Blanc) is a great example of South Africa’s capabilities with this grape variety! This new vintage is intensely aromatic and packed with ample fruit – refreshing, food friendly and just plain delicious! How about seafood or white meat dishes – perfect with spicy curry dishes too. The 2010 Viña Peralillo Arenal (100% Carménère) offers a gorgeous bouquet of blackberries and plums as well as a lovely texture and terrific purity! Spicy, delicious and very easy to drink! The 2011 Excelsior Cabernet Sauvignon delivers a mix of ripe blackcurrant, black cherry flavors as well as a rich, plummy, full-bodied and smooth palate!
