AWM and Rezaz present a celebratory dinner series in five parts.
These dinners will feature carefully considered menus that represent the combined knowledge and experience of two of Asheville’s most seasoned food and beverage professionals. The freshest locally-sourced ingredients combine with Chef Reza’s intimate understanding of the techniques and traditions of Mediterranean cooking, while Eberhard Heide provides a selection of pitch-perfect wine accompaniments from small growers specializing in the indigenous varietals of the region.

Longtime friends Reza and Eberhard are at it again, this time focusing on the varied culinary splendors of Lebanon, Tunisia, and Israel. With the Arab Spring still very active what better time than now to enjoy a peaceful meal with like minded bon vivants. The first two dinners were sell outs with a variety of dishes that challenged both Chef Reza and Eb’s  selections. These dinners strive to present very authentic dishes that one is highly unlikely to find on any restaurant list thereby offering a unique culinary journey accompanied by wines from the Mediterranean arena.
